NextGen SmoothBook- Intruducing An Accounting Software
NextGen SmoothBook is a web-based accounting software to manage a company’s income/revenue and expenses. There are two sections for managing expenses.
One is the Company expense module where all the expenses of a company are collected.
Another one is the employee expense module where an individual employee can store his/her expense.
The employee expense module simplifies the expense reimbursement process by automating the whole process
This system helps the user to see the profit and loss in a very user-friendly way.
The expenses can be maintained by different privileged users. Different types of privileged users can be created using different permission.
The system stores the data in a secure way.
