NextGen Tower
NextGen Tower, a dynamic & robust engineering software, is developed fully in-house to design, analyze and optimize tubular steel wind towers for both soft-stiff and soft-soft categories. The primary motivation for developing ‘NextGen Tower’ is substantial tower mass savings and cost optimization for leading industry partners.
Our team has performed a substantial feasibility study and explored all the modern technologies such as big data, data science, cloud-based networking, artificial intelligence, and machine learning to make the software robust.
The University of Southern Denmark, University of Groningen, and expert technical consultants from industries are collaborating with us for making this software.

Key Features
Modeling Module
In the modeling module, the software will automatically choose the right initial tower design based on its own database. The model can be manually modified according to client requirements.
Data Parser
The software has diverse parser tools to fetch loads and mode shapes data from different sources.
Tower Schematic Plotter
The tower schematic and some margins for extreme and fatigue are listed in the plot module. Users can see the safety margin of the tower very intuitively.
Time-consuming Comparison
After completing all the calculations and modeling, this software saves huge time compared to manual calculations and modeling.
Flange Optimization Module
The software includes a robust flange optimization tool. The tool generates several optimized datasets according to constraint parameters. The user can switch among the datasets and modify if needed.
Interactive Geometry Update
It is one of the special features of our software that changing any geometry parameter will update corresponding tower geometry parameters automatically. In a simple schematic dashboard, the changes can be monitored.
Calculation Module
The module includes all necessary calculation tools to analyse extreme and fatigue loads, vortex vibration loads, natural frequency etc. It also has separate Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tools. The tools are long tested and so reliability is ensured very carefully.
Result Potter
The margins for extreme and fatigue are listed in the plot module. Users can see the safety margins of the tower very intuitively.
