We are looking to fill an opening for an Intern_Content developer

Job Description

• Design and develop comprehensive online English language courses, including learning objectives, modules, activities, and assessments.
• Create engaging multimedia content such as video lectures, interactive exercises, quizzes, and discussion forums.
• Adapt existing materials for the online learning environment.
• Utilize the learning management system (LMS) features and functionalities to deliver effective instruction.
• Facilitate online discussions and provide feedback to students.
• Monitor student progress and provide support as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with best practices in online teaching and learning.
• Potentially contribute to the marketing and promotion of online courses.
• Adapt content for different learning levels (beginner to advanced).

 Key Experiences & Knowledge

• Preferred to have an English-medium education background (O-level, A-level)/BA in English.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Strong understanding of grammar and language structure.
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
• Experience in teaching English.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard) and educational technology tools.
• Video editing or basic graphic design skills.
• Strong understanding of online pedagogy and effective online teaching strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for online interaction.
• Proficiency in using multimedia tools for content creation.
• Ability to work independently and manage online learning environments effectively.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the management.

 Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree/Business Administration or other discipline.

Contract Duration

• 4-month internship program
• A position can be offered after the internship program based on the individual’s performance and growth within the company

• Salary: BDT 10,000/month 
• Yearly 2 festival bonuses in the fixed-term contract & permanent position

Working Hours & Location

• 5.5 days, 44 hours/week.
• Saturday – Wednesday, 10 am – 7 pm & Thursday, 10 am – 2:30 pm, including a 1-hour break
• Working hours may vary depending on any special occasion/client requirements, which will be informed earlier and the time-in-lieu method will be applicable to compensate for any additional working hours.
• Working mode: In person
• Primary work location: Rampura, Dhaka, Bangladesh
