Job Description
- Develop flowcharts, layouts, and documentation to identify requirements and solutions
- Write well-designed, testable code
- Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility
- Integrate software components into a fully functional software system
- Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures
- Document and maintain software functionality
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems
- Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback
- Comply with project plans and industry standards
- Ensure software is updated with the latest features
- Build a strong ecosystem for developer products by blogging, writing technical articles, making presentations at developer conferences, and working with local and international developer communities
Experience Requirements
- Software development experience for 1 year and above. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
- Experience with Flutter (optional) for mobile development is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu), Nginx/Apache, and server management is a plus.
- Django for backend development
- Django REST framework
- React for frontend development
- Programming languages: Python, JavaScript, SQL
- Experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab for collaboration.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and basic knowledge of GraphQL (optional)
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize code.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering (Computer/Mechanical/Civil)
- Bachelor of Science (Mathematics/Statistics)
Contract Details
- 3 months probation period
- 6 months/1-year fixed-term contract after successful completion of the probation period.
- A permanent position will be offered after the fixed-term contract on the individual’s performance and growth within the company
Benefits
- Salary is based on experience, skills & interview
- For 1-year contract/full-time employees, 2 bonuses (One will be during Ramadan Eid; the Management will decide on another one)
- For 6 month’s contract, 1 bonus (During Ramadan Eid)
- Each bonus will be 50% of the gross salary

Working Hours & Location
- Working hours:
- Full-time role includes 5 days, 40 hours/week. Sunday – Thursday. 9 am – 6 pm including a 1-hour break.
- Working hours may vary depending on any special occasion/client requirements which will be informed earlier and the time-in-lieu method will be applicable to compensate for any additional working hour
- Working mode: In person
- Primary work location: Rampura Dhaka, Bangladesh
